Johnson & Johnson: Paul Lisenby Appointed Global Head of Research & Development, Vision

Vision at Johnson & Johnson has appointed Paul Lisenby as Global Head of Research & Development, Vision, effective August 4, 2025.
Paul will be responsible for shaping the global R&D strategy and driving innovation across the Vision portfolio. With a strong focus on accelerating transformative solutions, Paul will leverage his impressive track record of cross-functional leadership in new product development to drive the strong technology pipeline and increase the Company’s cadence of launching breakthrough innovations in eye health.

Paul brings extensive global expertise, having served as a product development leader for several large medical technology companies. He returns to Vision at Johnson & Johnson to lead R&D, where he worked over 25 years ago. His experience in leading global innovation teams will help bring transformative solutions to patients and eye care professionals around the world.
