The Optical Women’s Association (OWA) is excited to host another global event at SILMO in Paris, continuing expansion plans for membership among women in the optical industry internationally.
Join OWA for “Seeing Beyond: The Power of Women in Optical Innovation“, featuring a powerhouse panel of accomplished executive leaders, facilitated by OWA International Expansion Committee Chair Nancy Gries.
Graciously sponsored by SILMO, this event will kick off with an introduction from Amélie Morel Martin, President of SILMO and Director of Communications for MOREL. Panelists Olga Prenat (EssilorLuxottica), Kivilcim Erdogan (Bausch & Lomb), and Atissa Tadjadod (Silhouette) will then share insights into their journeys in optical innovation. The discussion will do a deep dive on how women are driving change in technology, AI, human resources, sustainability, and vision health, and promises to inspire and empower future optical leaders.
