Leading this charge is Ray Everett, Topcon Healthcare’s General Counsel and Chief Data Protection Officer. A globally recognized expert with 25 years in privacy law, Ray holds the CIPP/US, CIPM, and FIP credentials, and recently added the Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). The credential reflects a growing global movement to ensure AI is implemented safely, transparently, and accountably.
