Wayne brings more than 30 years of experience in the eye health industry across multiple therapeutic categories, including cataract and refractive surgery, retina and retina surgery, age-related macular degeneration disease management, dry eye, cornea surgery and glaucoma.
Wayne’s deep industry knowledge, strategic vision and strong customer relationships make him uniquely positioned to lead Bausch + Lomb’s Surgical business into the next phase.
