On June 28th, Ray-Ban I Meta, hosted a special hands-free experience celebrating the latest smart glasses collection. A one-night only experiential concert at 99 Scott (Brooklyn, NY) featured Hip Hop’s best talent Offset and Busta Rhymes with sounds by DJ Saige and special performances by Coi Leray and Rhymes’ son, Trillian.
Titled, “Hands Free Brooklyn,” guests were encouraged to explore the new Ray-Ban I Meta collection through a series of hands-free activities, from engaging with Meta AI to immersive mirror and graffiti installations, prompting guests to capture content without their cell phone.
The multi-artist event in collaboration with independent creative company, Translation, took inspiration from Busta Rhymes’ hit single, Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Can See. In conjunction with the event, a social campaign featured UK’s Little Simz and Offset, pounding their hands to the iconic beat from the song. The Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses allow you to take photos and videos, make phone calls and engage with Meta AI, all without having to look down at your phone screen.
Ray-Ban is distributed in Canada by EssilorLuxottica.
