Johnson & Johnson has appointed Jacqueline Henderson Company Group Chair, Vision, effective immediately. Henderson has served as Interim Company Group Chair for the past three months, leading the company’s end-to-end global Vision business across Vision Care and Surgical Vision.
With more than 30 years at Johnson & Johnson, Henderson brings enterprise perspective, extensive global leadership experience and deep expertise in strategy, marketing, commercial leadership, brand building, e-commerce and digital transformation. Before taking on the interim role, she served as President, EMEA, Vision.
In her new role, Henderson will lead the end-to-end global Vision business across Vision Care and Surgical Vision. She will continue to advance innovation and commercial execution for a business whose products and technologies help make vision possible for more than 40 million people around the world each year.
