Marcolin and Marchon Eyewear, part of VSP Vision, announce a series of leadership appointments designed to further strengthen alignment across their global eyewear businesses and support the continued integration across key international markets. The new structure brings leadership responsibility across both Marcolin and Marchon operations in key regions, enabling faster decision-making, closer customer alignment and consistency in commercial execution.
As part of these changes, Marco D’Acunzo, who previously served as CEO, North America at Marcolin, has been appointed President Eyewear Americas, overseeing Marcolin, Marchon, Altair and Allure. A senior executive with over 15 years of experience working with premium brands across the automotive, sports, and hospitality sectors, D’Acunzo will lead all eyewear activities across the United States, Canada and Latin America.
Antonio Castiglione, currently General Manager of Marcolin Mexico, has been appointed Managing Director LATAM, including Mexico, Brazil and South America, for both Marcolin and Marchon.

Key Leadership Appointments Across EMEA, APAC, and Global Integration
Marcolin and Marchon also announced that Ross Brownlee joined the organization on September 1 as President Eyewear EMEA & APAC, a newly created role leading the two regions as a fully integrated business unit. Brownlee brings extensive global eyewear industry experience, most recently serving as CEO of Hilco Vision, following a series of senior leadership positions across the sector. In his new role, he will have end-to-end responsibility for the performance, organization, and strategic direction of the integrated EMEA and APAC business.
Additionally, Lorenzo Barberio, who already served within Marcolin as Head of Sales, APAC, has been appointed Managing Director, APAC of Marcolin and Marchon. With more than 20 years of international experience in the luxury and fashion sectors, Barberio will now lead the combined APAC organization, bringing together teams across both companies and driving continued growth in the region.
“These leadership appointments represent an important milestone in the evolution of our eyewear organization,” said Nicola Zotta, President of Eyewear and Managing Director of Marcolin and Marchon Eyewear. “By bringing our teams together under a more unified leadership structure, we are strengthening alignment across markets, accelerating integration, and enhancing our ability to serve customers and brand partners around the world. Ross, Marco, Lorenzo and Antonio each bring outstanding experience and leadership capabilities that will help drive our next phase of growth and create long-term value for our business”.
These changes are part of the broader integration process between Marcolin and Marchon, which is progressing across all areas of the business ahead of the full unification expected for early 2027.
