At MIDO, the world of eyewear is also a place for continuing education, information and culture. The Vision Stage, located in Pavilion 1, hosts conferences, workshops, presentations and events that go beyond eyewear alone, opening the conversation with other worlds and languages. A true space for cultural cross-fertilization, it hosts guests from various fields – above all, sports – who share experiences, visions and stories capable of inspiring the industry and presenting eyewear as a cultural, social and creative phenomenon.

- 11 am, Walk the Talk conference, the ANFAO continuing education program focused on DEI themes, with Daniele Cassioli and Pasquale Gravina;
- 12 pm, Monica Maggioni and Alec Ross discuss the major changes the world is facing and their impact on the economy, geopolitics and the future;
- 1 pm, meeting on 2027 trends, curated by LIVETREND;
Sunday, 1 February
- 11 am, meeting with Ferdinando De Giorgi, on leadership, focusing on language, behaviors, and trust;
- 3 pm, journalist Dario Fabbri offers a new perspective on the use of tariffs in relation to conflict, trade and power dynamics;
- 5 pm, meeting curated by CDV – Commissione Difesa Vista and FGE – Fabiano Gruppo Editoriale, titled Pediatric Vision Care – Scientific Evidence, best practices, and integrated models for managing vision in childhood.
Monday, 2 February:
- 10 am, exclusive preview of the NielsenIQ study on vision health and the eyewear market;
- 11 am, meeting with leading experts on eco-design and sustainability in the future of eyewear, titled Designing the future of eyewear: eco-design through sustainable choices, materials and processes;
- 1 pm, CERTOTTICA addresses microplastics in the optical sector and ways to manage them.
